Female Personal Training

1-1 Bespoke Personal Training

  • Whether you're a woman new to physical activity or a regular runner, whatever stage of your life, I am here to support you. My base is at the Coaver Club gym local to St Leonard's in Exeter or I am can come to you, work outside in the park or provide online Personal Training.
  • I know how hard it can be to get up in the morning to hit the gym for a strength session or go for a run or bike ride, particularly juggling demands of your time, eg family life, work worries and other priorities that compound your life. 
  • 'I haven't got the time' is often mentioned. It may be that  it's just not a priority for you or you're worried how you will look in a gym around other people. There are lots of physical and often compounding psychological reasons why women are not active enough
  • I will help you feel more confident in yourself, your ability, your self-esteem and importantly your fitness.

Group Personal Training (1-2 or 1-3)

  • Why not workout with a friend or colleague.
  • Still have the bespoke benefits of a Personal Training Programme, but at a more affordable price, sociable and accountable to another person or two!
  • I can work with 2 or 3 female clients on a Bespoke Personal Training Programme
  • You can have 1-3 sessions a week at a preferred home or outdoors
  • Still the same Physical Activity health benefits as described below.
  • Striving to reach Physical Activity guidelines and beyond

  • Weight management/loss 
  • Toning of the body
  • Fat loss, abdominal visceral (around organs)
  • Decreased risk of cardiovascular disease including heart attacks and strokes
  • Decreased risk of cardiovascular disease complications, eg elevated LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure. 
  • Decreased risk of primary and secondary cancers
  • Improved Mental Health & Wellbeing
