Personal Training - What Is Involved?

Initial Consultation

  • 1 hour FREE consultation
  • Health screening standard PAR-Q or Pre-/Postnatal specific PAR-Q
  • Discuss current fitness and nutrition goals eg. weight loss/gain, strength, building up to an event eg. running/triathlon
  • For Pregnant women: discuss training specific to trimesters and use of functional strength training
  • For Postnatal women: discuss specific pelvic floor exercises, improved weight loss and strength gains, recovering cardiovascular fitness sensibly
  • Usual daily diet (consider food diary) and nutritional advice
  • Training likes and dislikes, including equipment preferences
  • Agree goals/values
  • Personal Training Programme set around your preferences of once, twice or thrice weekly sessions with myself and outside of sessions training
  • Various contracts - see prices/packages

Bespoke Programme

  • Personal Training plan devised by myself, specific to your goals
  • Dedicated fitness app providing weekly programme, habit coaching, messaging and nutritional advice if required
  • Progression at a pace that is right for you
  • Empathetic and compassionate to your needs
  • Constant feedback ensuring you are happy with the exercises

Various Packages

  • 1,2,3 or unlimited times a week Bespoke Training Programmes
  • Ability to increase contact time at any point on discussion and availability
  • Fully educational input from an experienced Medical Professional - important with lifelong practice and understanding anatomy and physiology
  • Additional Health and Nutrition coaching available
