- Being a Pre-and Postnatal Specialist Personal Trainer, I will help you get back to fitness safely after having your baby.
- Primarily you must be cleared for Physical Activity by your GP, at your routine 6-8 week check.
- Then you can either decide to have 1-1 personal training or join a group class
- I will cover concerns, including diastasis recti, core & pelvic floor exercises.
- Dedicated 'Mum and Baby' Strength Fitness Classes are held outside May-October, in Heavitree Pleasure Ground
- Enjoy, not just the physical training, but in addition educational input from a knowledgeable Medical Professional, with important information that you can take away to perform your own exercise at home safely
- Bring along your little ones and incorporate that social side into your fitness, further looking after your wellbeing.
